Athletic Bilbao face Raja Casablanca

Spanish La Liga side Athletic Bilbao will play a friendly match against Moroccan club Raja Casablanca on July 17, the Green Eagles president Mohamed Boudrika said on Thursday.

The 2011–12 UEFA Europa League runners-up will be topping off their pre-season tour with the encounter scheduled to hold in Morocco’s largest city Casablanca.

Raja, who finished fourth in the just concluded Botola league, are also returning from a pre-season workshop held in Tunisia.

Morocco will be hosting games involving three Spanish giants in the month of July. Barcelona will be playing a friendly match against a local side in the city of Tangier on July 28, officials have confirmed.

Real Madrid will play against Morocco new champions Moghreb Tetouan on July 24 also in Tangier.
