Egypt secure Al Hadary for 'Battle of Bangui'

Veteran goalie Essam Al Hadary will be with the Egypt for the second leg of the ANC thriller against Central Africa SuperSport has been informed.

The Sudanese side Al Merreikh had also requested formally for him to mind for them in their clash against South Africa's Black Leopards in the African Confederation Cup on the 30 June causing much speculation.

As we know it is the same day of the Egypt game now being dubbed the Battle of Bangui.

The EFA team director Samir Al Adly told SuperSport.com that Caf had declined the request and that " Al Hadary will play with us in the game, we need him and I know he will help us to victory."

He also went on to confirm that Egypt would play no more tunes ups before the big game.

Bob Bradley has his back up against the wall as Egypt lost the first leg 2 – 3 at home and they need to win by more than two goals to progress to the next stage of the African Cup of Nations.
