El Hadry quits football as Jose stays



Egypt goalkeeper and the current member of Al Ettehad El Sakandary, Essam El Hadry has decided to retire.

" I simply can not play anymore after Wednesday night and my decision is final" the player who was born in 1973 told SuperSport.

The 39 year old star had just joined to Al Ettehad El Sakandry in the last two weeks coming from Sudanese side El Merreikh.

Meanwhile Coach Jose Marino after meeting with Al Ahly management has decided to remain in Egypt and not leave for Portugal as he said he would. However the Team will no longer participate in any competitions this year including the ACL.
