I am regaining confidence - Kwarasey
Goalkeeper Adam Larsen Kwarasey says he is regaining his confidence after Ghana advanced to the semifinal of the Nations Cup.
The Stromsgodset net minder has been skittish between the sticks for the Black Stars at the tournament despite conceding two goals in four matches.
Kwarasey pulled off some saves including parrying a long range drive from Issam Jemaa in extra-time.
The 24-year-old claims he is getting better as the tournament progresses.
"It’s normal. This is my first big tournament so it would take time for me to get into the system and today [Tunisia match] was good," the Norway-born ‘keeper said.
"It was nice to get a good game again because I haven’t felt that I have been on top. Today, it felt good, something is coming back again, so it's nice."
Kwarasey was an injury doubt before the quarterfinal match and now looks boosted for the last four encounter against Zambia on Wednesday.
