Free State Stars official charged

Free State Stars official, Motuba Mokoena and Free State Stars will appear before the PSL disciplinary committee on Wednesday facing charges of misbehaviour and unsporting behaviour.

These charges arise from Mokoena conducting himself in an unsporting manner when he allegedly insulted a match official, referee Victor Gomes, at halftime during Free State Stars' Absa Premiership fixture against SuperSport United at Lucas Moripe Stadium last Saturday.

According to rule 53.2.11, Mokoena’s alleged actions brought the league into disrepute.
