New Kaizer Chiefs away kit
Kaizer Chiefs unveiled their new away kit on Monday to prepare for the defence of the new Premier Soccer League season.
Amakhosi’s new 2012/2013 away jersey has been designed by Nike to be ground-breaking recycled polyester, making the kit the most environmentally friendly kit ever produced. Each kit (jersey and shorts) is made using up to thirteen recycled plastic water bottles.
The new design is navy blue including a bold strip on the sleeves and hemline in the Club’s traditional gold adding a modern twist on the classic crew neck design. The inner back neck graphic on features the Amakhosi crest. The shorts are white paired with navy socks. Nike’s innovation gives the team our most technologically advanced kits to enable the players to perform at their peak.
Kaizer Chiefs pride the unveiling of the new kit follows the arrival of Stuart Baxter as the new head coach and top players that include Morgan Gould, Siboniso Gaxa, Siyabonga Nkosi and Eric ‘Tower’ Mathoho.
