NEW MEDIA PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR, SuperSport

SuperSport seeks to appoint an individual to assume responsibility as a SuperSport New Media Production Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract. Successful candidates will be based at our Randburg offices.

OUTPUTS AND DELIVERABLES

Stay abreast of latest technology trends within the broadcast and New Media world
Advise and educate production team and presenters on correct usage of Social and new media in production
Create graphic material of new media elements utilized in SuperSport magazine shows and live broadcast productions
Train producers and presenters to effectively use new on-air devices
Edit video material for inclusion online and in social media environments
Understand DStv mobile products and implement promotion on SuperSport broadcasts
Create supersport.com elements for inclusion on SuperSport magazine shows and live broadcasts
Have a clear understanding of SuperSport Social Media campaigns and policies

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Media Diploma / Degree OR a minimum of 3 years recent experience in Electronic Media
Work experience in New Media will be an advantage.
Keen interest in current technologies
Knowledge and passion for sport is essential
