African Adventure

Many of us dream to just get in a car and head off someplace on a journey, destination unknown, itinerary uncertain. One such dream is to drive the African continent, the great Cape to Cairo, or Khartoum, or Goa or Casablanca.
Even more so, to see the mountains of the dark continent, climb some of the classics as well as the unknown heights.
So we’ve decided to do it, and to take you with us as we discover some of the continents’ finest mountain scenery and climbs.
As of the seventh of May, Angelo and The Souch kicked off their adventure across the African continent, departure Cape Town, final destination indeterminate. As we journey, we will be featuring articles on Superclimb of climbs, treks and mountains.
Banking on the hope that our trusty 32 year old Landy, affectionately named ‘Mrs Robinson’ continues to do us proud, we hope to be able to share with you our mountain and travel experiences.
From the giant freestanding volcanoes of the Central Rift Valley of East Africa, to the fair Cape’s Matroosberg in the Hex River Mountains, from the Aha Hills of central Botswana to the Malawi’s mythical Mulanje, our trip will hopefully have us zig zaging up the continent for the months to come.
