Sprint rival Gay 'hates my guts' - Bolt

Triple Olympic champion Usain Bolt believes that American sprint rival Tyson Gay "hates" him because of his dominance in major championship races.

Bolt hadn't lost an individual race in two years until last month when Gay beat him in Stockholm over 100m.

But Bolt says his priority is major events, where he has been getting the better of Gay.

And the Jamaican told BBC radio on Wednesday that "deep down I think he probably just hates my guts."

At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Bolt won both the 100 and 200 in world-record times, and helped Jamaica win another gold and set another world record in the 4x100 relay.

A year later, he again set world records in the 100 and 200 at the world championships in Berlin.
